To view microscope calendars prior to requesting time, follow these instructions: 

1) Log into PPMS for "Harvard Cryo-EM Center for Structural Biology". (Request PPMS account here if you do not already have one).

2) Navigate to the "schedules" tab at the top of the website (Highlighted in red, see image below). 

3) Change the view style icon in the top right corner to expand all microscope calendars (circled in red, see image below).

4) Choose approporate week under the date.

5) Once the date of interest is selected, scroll down the page to appropriate calendar.
