Grid inventory: an electronic record of your grids to be clipped and loaded in the microscope for your session must be dropped off when you deliver your grids to the facility. We will share a link to this when your session is scheduled.
User agreement: signed agreement between facility staff, the user and the user's PI should be submitted before the start of your session.
Billing form: for special cases only - please use this form if requested by staff to help map billing appropriately in PPMS. Send all POs to Remya.
