Grid inventory: a record of your grids to be clipped and loaded in the microscope for your session should be dropped off when you deliver your grids to the facility.
Billing form: signed billing information for the facility for HMS and non-HMS investigators should be submitted before the start of your first session. A new billing form is only needed when your grants administrator or PO number has changed.
User agreement: signed agreement between facility staff, the user and the user's PI should be submitted before the start of your session.
