On-The-Fly data processing is available to SBgrid consortium users for single particle analysis workflows. During each session, staff will give you instructions to start OTF processing and/or transfer your data. To check your SBgrid status, email help@sbgrid.org prior to data collection.

All data is stored for 7 days on our server after each collection. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they have obtained their data after staff have given them instructions to do so.
