 The ThermoScientific Tecnai T12 is used for data collection of negatively-stained preparations, cryo-EM training, and screening of vitrified grids. It operates at 120kV with a LaB6 filament and is equipped with a Gatan UltraScan 895 (4k x 4k) CCD.
