We house two ThermoFisher Scientific Titan Krios operated at 300 keV each equipped with a Flacon4i direct electron detector, Slectris Energy Filter and Volta phase plate, as well as one ThermoFisher Scientific Talos Arctica operating at 200 kV equipped with Volta phase plate and Gatan K3 direct electron detector. The Talos Arctica is operated using Serial EM, while the Titan Krios Instruments are operated using EPU, TOMO or SerialEM using automated protocols which the user will set up.

For sample grid preparation and vitrification, we house a sample prep lab suite outfitted with an Pelco Easiglow plasma discharge system and 2 Vitrobot Mark IV freezing instruments.
